Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets Pro free for 30 days, no card needed. Choose a plan any time; if you subscribe during the trial, your first payment is taken when the trial ends. If you don't, you move to Free and keep all your data.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Settings, Plan and billing. You keep all your data.
Are prices shown with VAT?
The price shown is what you pay. [If Fenquist becomes VAT registered, VAT will be added at checkout and shown on your receipt.]
Are there payment fees?
When clients pay by card or bank through Stripe, Stripe takes its standard processing fee from each payment. Fenquist doesn't add its own fee.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly gets you two months free: Pro is £120 a year and Business is £240 a year.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time from your settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period and can export everything.
