These terms govern your use of Fenquist, provided by IOANK LTD (company number 15285630). By creating an account you agree to them.

You must give accurate details, keep your login secure, and be at least 18 and acting for business purposes. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance [monthly or yearly]. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. [Add VAT and refund terms.]

Card and bank payments are processed by regulated third-party providers under their own terms. Fenquist does not hold client funds and is not a bank or payment institution.

Tax set-aside figures are estimates to help you plan. They are not tax advice, and you remain responsible for your tax affairs. Speak to an accountant for advice on your situation.

Don't use Fenquist for anything unlawful, fraudulent or that harms others, and don't try to break or misuse the service.
