Thank you for your business.
Every invoice should carry a unique number, the date, your name and address, your client's name and address, a clear description of what you supplied, and the amount due. Limited companies also need their registered name and number, and VAT-registered businesses their VAT number and a VAT breakdown.

Number invoices in an unbroken sequence (INV-0001, INV-0002…), say when payment is due, and include how to pay. Clear terms are the single biggest thing that gets invoices paid on time.
Yes. Make as many invoices as you like. If you want to send them by email, take card payments and chase late payers automatically, that's what Fenquist does, and it's free to start too.
Press Download PDF and choose Save as PDF in the print window. On iPhone, tap Share in the print preview, then Save to Files.
Only in this browser, so a refresh doesn't lose your draft. It's never sent to us. Press Start again to clear it.
Not in the free generator. Fenquist adds your logo and colours to every invoice and payment page.
Fenquist emails the invoice, adds a Pay now button, and marks it paid for you.
