Planning ahead
- Cash flow forecast: money expected in and out for the next 30, 90 or 180 days, based on how each client usually pays.
- Reports: Self Assessment box totals, profit and loss, who owes you by how late, and VAT return figures. All download as spreadsheets.
- Deposits and stage payments on quotes, taken off the final invoice automatically.
- A scan-to-pay QR code on every invoice PDF when online payments are on.
- New free tools: mileage, VAT Flat Rate Scheme, salary or dividends, a UK tax dates calendar, a tax rates page and a glossary.
Moving in and staying in control
- Import clients, products and expenses from a spreadsheet, with a template for each.
- Settings, Features: switch the parts you don't use on or off for your whole business.
- Late payment charges: bill statutory interest and compensation on an overdue business invoice as a separate draft.

Security and sign-in
- A code by email when you sign in from a new device or country, and your full sign-in history in Settings.
- Your mobile number with a country picker, and a record of when you accepted the terms.
