Automatic payment reminders

Polite emails before and after the due date, so you don't have to chase.

For clients with reminders switched on, Fenquist emails a friendly reminder 3 days before the due date, a firmer one 3 days after, and a final reminder 10 days after. Reminders go out on weekdays between 9am and 6pm UK time, and stop as soon as the invoice is paid.

  1. Open a client and choose Edit.
  2. Tick or untick Send automatic payment reminders.
  3. Save.
