Invite your team or accountant

Give others access with the right permissions.

  1. Go to Settings, Team.
  2. Enter their email and choose a role: Admin, Member or Accountant.
  3. They get an email invitation to join your business.

Accountants can see everything to help with your books but can't change anything, and they're free: they don't count towards your plan's places. They can download the year-end pack from the Tax page themselves.

Tip: An accountant who looks after several businesses on Fenquist uses one login and switches between them.
