Fill in lines by describing the work
Type the job as you'd say it and Fenquist turns it into invoice lines.
- In a new invoice, quote or recurring invoice, choose Describe the work.
- Type something like "3 days logo design at £400 a day plus £60 printing".
- Choose Fill in lines. The lines appear below for you to check and change.
Prices you type are treated as before VAT. If you've saved products, their usual prices are used when you don't give one.
Tip: Nothing is saved until you save or issue the invoice, so you can always adjust the lines first.
